To return to my trees - Dod yn ôl at fy nghoed

During the long lockdown of 2020, I was able to work in a local woodland, at Kite View Farm in Pembrokeshire.  As I returned week after to week to paint, connections grew with Mark George, filmmaker, and Conor Prentice, cameraman and photographer, also living and working there.  The idea grew to make a film and Mark and Connor filmed on site and in my studio.  The result is this film, one of the gifts that lockdown brought me.  Deep thanks to Mark and Connor, additionally to Connor who found the Welsh translation for: To Return to my Trees, which also literally translates to: To Return to a Balanced state of Mind, which couldn’t be more apt for my practice in painting trees.
